Remediation
Our core business is the reclamation, remediation and restoration of contaminated land for redevelopment, often for the provision of housing, and we can manage the entire process from initial site analysis to the commencement of new construction.
It is FSL's aim to offer Clients cost efficient and environmentally sensitive services and towards that end we are continuously developing new ways of working. We are now able to follow up demolition with on-site soil screening and concrete crushing to produce materials to meet tight construction specifications, with resultant considerable cost savings.
FSL is experienced in working on sites with an extensive range of contamination problems at the site surface or within deeper strata, including the presence of asbestos, organic and inorganic chemicals and invasive plant species such as Japanese Knotweed.
Our years of experience have led us to develop effective strategies for dealing with the most challenging contamination. We are prepared to work on a lump-sum fixed price basis so our Clients have cost certainty when embarking on remediation.
