Pending remediation design, we have secured a contaminated land investigation for Taylor Wimpey at their site in Retterton. The site had been formerly been subject to contaminative use as a scrapyard and FSL is now undertaking investigation at the site prior to risk assessment and remediation design in line with UK guidance on the bringing back into use brownfield land.
