The project at Park Road, Crouch End involves a basement construction, complete with Podium slab for two new residential blocks. During the tender period Frankis were able to value engineer the design avoiding the need for expensive, and time-consuming, sheet piling.
Working with our client’s team we were able to offer this project for a lump sum price and also meet a challenging time line. Using Peri’s Trio Panel framework system, the basement construction included lift shaft cores, stairwells, retaining walls and an intricate waterproofing system. We also acted as Principal Contractor for the project. The project currently ahead of programme and is nearing completion.
