Overview
All FSL's Clients are equally important; large or small, they receive the same attention to detail and the same high level of service and commitment to the finding of innovative and cost effective solutions to ground related problems. The combined skills provided by FSL enable us to undertake every aspect of reclamation from demolition and site clearance to complex process remediation of highly contaminated land. Where appropriate our services can extend to the construction of infrastructure and foundations. Our Clients include national and regional housebuilders, land developers and major civil engineering contractors, for whom we act as principal contractor or as a specialist subcontractor. We are very proud of our record of achievement in meeting our targets and of helping our Clients deliver their projects to time and within budget.
Good advice when you need it
We help our Clients with advice during the earliest stages of development. When land values are being established we can provide accurate budget costs for remediation and other works. We also partner with environmental consultants to provide expert analysis of contaminated land and in the design of remediation strategies. If such a strategy is already in place we can partner with others in value engineering the work in an endeavour to identify more economic alternatives.
We are also able to link our Clients with experienced consultants who are able to prepare reports for planning officers, statutory bodies and major defects insurers to help facilitate the smooth progress of works on site.
